Longxin is a pioneering company in the construction industry, specializing in innovation, advanced development, and industrial production. In China, we spearheaded a technological revolution that has become a national standard in the construction sector. In 2007, we were the first to establish a research and development center focused on smart and green construction. Now, we are bringing our extensive knowledge and experience to the Israeli market, aiming to enhance and streamline local construction processes.

  • Our precast concrete technology has revolutionized the construction industry and has been implemented in over one million square meters of high-rise residential buildings in China, setting a new national standard. This method enables continuous improvements in construction quality, significantly reduces execution times, and minimizes waste. Additionally, the use of precast concrete decreases reliance on labor and lowers the risks associated with traditional construction methods.
  • In Israel, we are adapting this technology to meet local needs, providing efficient and innovative solutions. Through precast concrete, we build safe, environmentally friendly structures tailored to the evolving realities of the local construction market.
  • As a trailblazer in green construction, Longxin leads in the development and application of environmentally friendly materials and technologies. To date, we have completed 22 projects in compliance with green building principles and have contributed to drafting China’s national green building standard. We continue to research and develop new materials and advanced technologies to reduce environmental impact and create sustainable built environments.
  • Longxin is also at the forefront of smart construction, leveraging cutting-edge technologies. We are pioneers in the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for project management, integrating advanced systems to improve work precision and streamline processes.
  • Building on BIM, we have developed unique smart tools, including line-laying robots and roughness measurement devices, ensuring greater accuracy, risk reduction, and improved construction quality.
